Elections to LHS Board of Directors occur annually in conjunction with our annual membership meeting. The next election will be held at Baymont by Wyndham Manitowoc Lakefront, 101 Maritime Drive, Manitowoc, Meeting Room, 1st Floor, on Tuesday, October 20TH, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
All LHS members are welcome to attend and participate in this meeting; however, you must be a member in good standing for at least 30 days to be eligible to vote.
Voting will occur at the beginning at the meeting for those who do not wish to stay for the presentation. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic social distancing will be practiced and masks will be required. Positions up for election at the 2020 annual meeting are: Vice-President, Secretary and Directors.
Candidates for our Board of Directors are required to complete this application form providing background information and position of interest and return it to the nomination committee via email at email@example.com no later than September 30th. Candidates must have been a member in good standing for 60 days in order to be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors.
