Lakeshore Humane Society, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that is committed to reducing the outdoor feline population in the Manitowoc County area. We do not charge for the farm feline services, so donations are greatly appreciated.
|How the Farm Felines Program Works:|
We take an outdoor feline to a veterinarian to be spayed/neutered, rabies vaccinated and ear-tipped. The felines are then given to a caregiver who will be responsible for providing food, water, shelter and care.
|What are Farm Felines?|
They are unsocialized felines that were either born outside and have never known human contact, or they were pets that got lost or abandoned and, after an extended period of time, learned to fear humans.
